libcoq-ocaml software package provides runtime libraries for Coq, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcoq-ocaml
libcoq-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcoq-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcoq-ocaml *
You will get with libcoq-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
